Information updated June 7, 2020
Out of consideration for the health and well-being of our clients, staff, colleagues, and community and as we continue to navigate COVID-19 together, we want to be transparent in our communication and keep you updated. It has become clear that the best way we can help preserve the health of our community is by taking actions to slow the transmission of coronavirus, and we believe we have a moral obligation to do so.
We are always available for phone consultations and can complete almost every task of a case remotely. If you need to drop off documents, we have a secure drop box in the back of the building by the steps (it looks like a tall black birdhouse) where you can drop off anytime and just call or email to let us know you've dropped off.
On Tuesday, March 17, 2020, we transitioned to a remote-work model. We are well equipped to continue providing seamless services to our clients who prefer to utilize this service while advocating for them both in and out of the courts, there will be no disruption in providing the service and responsiveness you always receive from the Martin & Wagner Law team. We will work with all prospective and current clients to implement telephone, remote, and virtual meetings for those who are able to participate. We will accommodate in-person meetings as necessary and on a case-by-case basis and will take all precautions for such meetings.
We will provide timely updates on the status of all court hearings and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods (e.g., mediations, early neutral evaluations, settlement conferences, and the like) as we receive information from the Minnesota Judicial Branch and ADR professionals. Please continue to reach out to our team as you normally would.
Attorneys Becky Martin, Melissa Bakeberg, Ethne Hedren, and Matthew Holson as well as our staff are fully committed to ensuring that we continue doing what’s best for our clients’ interests, today and always.
We wish you and your loved ones all the very best and we will get through this together!
The community we work in is important to all of us at Martin & Wagner. We want to help build stronger communities which benefits the residents, other local businesses, and people work or go to school in our area.
