Seamless Legal Services Through COVID-19 

Out of consideration for the health and well-being of our clients, staff, colleagues, and community and as we continue to navigate COVID-19 together, we want to be transparent in our communication and keep you updated. It has become clear that the best way we can help preserve the health of our community is by taking actions to slow the transmission of coronavirus, and we believe we have a moral obligation to do so.

Office Opening Date & COVID-19 Safety Protocols

• Starting June 8, 2020, our Rogers Law Office is open during regular business hours. We will take stringent measures to ensure the health and safety of clients and staff that includes
  • social distancing, sanitizing, and a no-touch temperature reading.
  • As much as possible, we will communicate via email and telephone conferencing to continue to reduce the potential spread or infection of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Always Available - Phone Consultation & Secure Dropbox

We are always available for phone consultations and can complete almost every task of a case remotely. If you need to drop off documents, we have a secure drop box in the back of the building by the steps (it looks like a tall black birdhouse) where you can drop off anytime and just call or email to let us know you've dropped off.

Working for You In and Out of the Courts & Virtual Meetings

On Tuesday, March 17, 2020, we transitioned to a remote-work model. We are well equipped to continue providing seamless services to our clients who prefer to utilize this service while advocating for them both in and out of the courts, there will be no disruption in providing the service and responsiveness you always receive from the Martin & Wagner Law team. We will work with all prospective and current clients to implement telephone, remote, and virtual meetings for those who are able to participate. We will accommodate in-person meetings as necessary and on a case-by-case basis and will take all precautions for such meetings.

Timely Updates from Minnesota Judicial Branch & ADR Professionals 

We will provide timely updates on the status of all court hearings and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods (e.g., mediations, early neutral evaluations, settlement conferences, and the like) as we receive information from the Minnesota Judicial Branch and ADR professionals. Please continue to reach out to our team as you normally would.
