If paying by credit card a 3% service fee is added to your payment.
If you elect to use the Pay Later option, a fee of 4.95% of the financed amount will be deducted from your total financed amount on your first law firm invoice so please keep this in mind when deciding how much to request to finance (i.e. if you need $1,000.00 for attorney’s fees and elect the Pay Later option, you should request to finance $1,049.50). This fee represents a hard cost charged to the law firm by the third-party financing provider and is passed through to you as a reimbursement of that expense. This fee is not interest and is separate from any terms or obligations you may have with the financing provider.
