I understand that finding an attorney can be stressful, as well as the court processes to follow. I am here to help you understand each step of the process and find not only an acceptable solution, but a just one.
As a licensed Criminal Defense and Family Law Attorney in Minnesota, I represent clients in family matters, including Orders for Protection (OFPs), criminal matters, and Harassment Restraining Orders (HROs). I also enjoy working on probate matters, such as guardianship and estate administration. I am a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral, and I serve as a Social Early Neutral Evaluator in Carver, Dakota, Goodhue, McLeod, Meeker, and Sibley counties.
Prior to and during law school, I worked as a social worker and domestic violence advocate for 9 years primarily focusing on issues of housing and homelessness, mental health, domestic violence, and legal education for unrepresented parties. I received my Bachelors of Science in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, and my Masters of Arts in Forensic Psychology from the University of North Dakota.
